Please do not send passwords, bank details or a PAC code you have not used yet. We never need them to answer a question.

Problems with your network
We can explain how switching works and what to try next, but only your network can issue a PAC code, change your account or fix a delayed transfer. If a switch has gone wrong, contact the network you are joining first; the guides on this site list each network’s own contact routes.
Corrections
Networks change their shortcodes, menus and rules. If something in a guide no longer matches what you see, send us a message through live support and we will check it and correct the guide.
